6th Grade Math We are doing fractions everyday now. We are exploring pizzas, pies, and anything else to help us with fractions. We are doing many fraction observations to help us better understand them. Keep an eye out to see us in all the classrooms as we explore and learn. |

7th Grade Math ALGEBRA!!!!!!! We are going to be celebrating X-mas a little differently. We are going to be exploring X and other variables as we go into the holidays. Look for exciting patterns and expressions coming our way. |

8th Grade Math We have been working on all sorts of fun things in Algebra. We have been learning properties, graphing, solving equations, and adding like terms. We are going to add Algebraic fractions and solve inequalities as we head into the break. We spent time modeling equations.

7th Grade Language Arts We have finished our D.A.R. essays and we are now working very hard on our River Rafting Project. Each student has a job as we create the perfect adventure on water. We were inspired by our reading of Downriver. Visit the site where we are doing our assignment here. |
